TORO is a joint venture created between Schlumberger and Baoji Oilfield Machinery Company (BOMCO) in 2017 to manufacture and provide leading technology drill bits to the oil and gas industry. With headquarters in China and supplying drill bits across the globe, TORO manufacture products engineered by Smith Bits and benefit from BOMCO’s extensive footprint in manufacturing to supply high-quality cost-effective drill bits to the industry.
