Deng Meng is the vice president of TORO, a position he assumed in July 2017. Prior to this position, Deng Meng held a variety of senior management positions in CNPC including, Petroleum Equipment Engineering and Sales. He is Senior Engineer with over 30 years’ work experience in petroleum industry in China.
 
Earlier in his CNPC career, Deng Meng successively served as General Manager of Drilling & Production Equipment Manufacturing, Vice President of Equipment Manufacturing, and Vice President of BOMCO Chengdu.
 
Deng Meng holds Doctorate Degree in Oil and Gas Engineering (Oil Field Equipment) from Southwest Petroleum University, Bachelor Degree in Oil and Mineral Machinery from Lanzhou University of Technology. Deng Meng joined CNPC in 1987 as a product design engineer.
