Zhou Tao is the Supply Chain Manager of TORO, a position he assumed in July 2017. Prior to this position, he held a variety of management positions in BOMCO including, Director of Laboratory, and Chief of Technology & Quality Department.
 
Earlier in his BOMCO career, Zhou Tao was the Director of Calibration and Measuring Center, Director of Cylinder Liner Workshop, and Deputy Manager of Chengdu Guoke Inspection Technology Co., Ltd.
 
Zhou Tao studied NDT of Applied Physics and graduated from University of Electronic Science and Technology in China. He also studied Economic Management in Sichuan Provincial Party School. Zhou Tao joined BOMCO in 1990 as a technician.
